IN GENERAL

> Dedicards is it free?

- YES :-) ... dedicards is a FREE site to send cards. No payment will be required for this service. So you play :-)

> What is the time for that recipients receive my gaps?

- The destinatiare(s) receive the difference in few seconds.

>What is the hardware required to read the gaps?

- You will need:
    -> A PC or Macintosh
    -> A pair of speakers (for sound cards)
    -> Flash Player ( click here to install the plugin by following the procedure)

TECHNOLOGY

>Recipients have not been shelved. Why?

- There may be 3 reasons:     -> The address was incorrect (most common).
    -> The e-mail service of your correspondent was crowded at the time of sending away.
   -> The "dedicartes.com was indiponible at the time of shipment, in which case, we sorry for the interruption of service.

>I can not read a ecard. Why?

- To play a ecard you simply click on the link in the e-mail you received.
-You do not have Flash Player (click here to install the plugin by following the procedure)

>Do I have the assurance that the destinatiare has read the difference? -

- An email will be sent to the address you entered to confirm the reading of the gap. You can have a history of mail on your member's area.
